Sprained a lumber spine facet joint cleaning the kettlebell to start my windmills. Great start to the blog. It's an injury I've had a few times before and it's not much fun. Previously I've continued training and made it worse. Stopped today before I totally stuffed if up. I think it's occured because my lower back has been a bit stiff since a fairly violent night at work on Saturday night. One too many wrestles with drunken idiots! I'll heat pack it and mobilise it and see how it pulls up
