Rest day today.

Back to work tonight and haven't had a rest day for a while so I need one.

Recovery/restoration is just as important, if not more so, than training. Adaptation takes place outside the gym. The stimulus occurs when your training, but you need adequate recovery to allow the body and it's various systems to adapt to that stimulus and become stronger, faster, better conditioned etc. Make time for recovery!

I normally do 5 on, 2 off. But it can change depending on what shifts I'm doing and when I'm training clients etc.

Back into it tomorrow.
