My back was feeling pretty good so I went back to the gym to have a crack at yesterday's workout.

Warmup;
5 min jog
5 min Mobility Movements
3 x 10 Knuckle Pushups

Kettlebell Training;
24kg/1.5 pood KB
5 rnds of;
TGU x 3/3 +
Windmills x 3/3 +
Clean & Press x 3/3 +
Goblet Squat x 6 +
Floor Press x 3/3 +

Finisher;
24kg/1.5pood KB
KB Swings 10 x 10 x 45 secs rest

No prob's with the back. It felt good. I'm pretty surprised at my improved recovery abilities. An injury like that would have previously put me out for a week or so. Another benefit of CrossFit and all-round fitness.
