Warm-up
Jump rope - 200 rope turns
Mobility movements
CFWU x 3 rnds (only 1 round of pullups due to workout being pullup centric)
HSPU's 2 x 5 (Helen did negatives. Getting heaps better too)

Workout
"Helen"
3 rnds for time of;
Run 400m
21 KB Swings (Me 24kg, Helen 8kg)
12 Pullups (Helen with the blue band)
Time's: No idea for me because I had to take an urgent phone call going into round 3 and got a 5 min rest. My best is 10.15mins and I reckon I would've given that a shake today if I didn't get interrupted. Hate that!!
Helen: 11.15 mins. Another great effort.

Thought I'd throw this one at Helen for her benefit. Told her it was a b**ch of a workout!! : )

Seriously though "Helen" is a great workout, a real mix of modalities in a short sharp package.

Was again impressed with Helen's (the person, not the workout!) fitness. She struggled a bit on the pullups, but kicks butt on the runs and swings. Time for more pullup practice!! Woohoo!
