Pretty tough workout. Bit of a hassle doing the treadmill thing. I lost a fair bit of time transitioning and then firing it up each time. Probably could have fit in 2 more rounds. I also got stopped half-way through round 1 to spot one of the gym trainers! I'm too soft to say no! Overall though, a good solid workout. First time it's appeared as the WOD on crossfit.com and I enjoyed it. My back held up well.

My squats didn't feel too crash hot. Really trying to pick apart my form and see why I keep popping facet joints. I'm thinking at this stage it's simply a matter of not staying tight, particularly when I get down in the hole and start coming back up. I don't think it's a coincidence that, that's my sticking point either. Anyway, will keep plugging away.
