Wasn't going to compete today and in hindsight, probably shouldn't have either.
Back Squat - 14okgs
Press - 67.5kgs
Deadlift - 151kgs
CFT - 358.5kgs
Pretty annoyed at my efforts and have sprained a lumbar facet again. Time to get the video camera out and check my squat form, because I seem to pop my back everytime I squat heavy. I think it just comes down to a lack of core strength and poor form when going heavier. Not warming up today was probably a bad call too!
So nowhere near PB's for me today and a realisation that I need to work on a few areas. Other than my piss poor efforts, I was happy with the turnout and the efforts of everyone involved.
Looking forward to doing some rehab on my back and getting stuck into fixing some weak areas in my fitness.
