This week has been pretty light on due to being on nightshift. That's a big enough killer without hammering your body in the gym as well. Plus my diet has been pretty ordinary. Nightshift has a habit of killing your appetite. Off work for a couple of weeks after my last nightshift tonight and I'm also coming to the end of a 6-week kettlebell cycle so my training will change slightly.
