Time: Had to stop half-way through the weighted pullups and pick my son up from school. He has chicken pox!!!! I was at 16.20mins anyway and feeling it big time.
Very tough workout to do as Rx'd. Tough on muscular endurance more so than the cardiovascular/respiratory system. I was reaching muscle failure on most things rather than gassing. Except the SDHP's, they get the heart pumping and the lungs burning
Will be training from home for the next few days while the young bloke itches and scratches!
